A – Financial Consultancy Services :

CMC Services include financial advice, modeling and structuring for implementation of project to be undertaken on BOT (TOLL/BOT) annuity basis. CMC is working with client in producing a financially viable concession that would address the principal issues related to the project risks and adequate return to the concessionaire . CMC approach to the project formulation and preparation comprises of five stages i.e. PHYSICAL PACKAGING , STRATEGIC PACKAGING , INVESTMENT PACKAGING , PROCESS PACKAGING , DELIVERY SYSTEM PACKAGING

B – Design/Proof Checking

CMC Services include Design and DPR review including preliminary design of roadway and bridge, rough cost estimate, value engineering, detailed design of road and its cross sections, horizontal and vertical alignment, embankment, intersections, bypasses, storm drainage system, new pavement and overlays with options for rigid and flexible pavement, major and minor bridges including river crossing, flyovers, ROB, cross-drainage structures, high embankment, retaining walls, toll plaza, office cum residential complex, road sign, road markings, traffic safety features, weigh station, parking areas and rest areas, bus-lay bys Environmental Management Plan; Resettlement and Rehabilitation Action Plan; Strip Plan and land Acquisition Plan .

C - Construction Supervision

CMC Services include Supervision of the project implementation specially with regard to Quality assurance, measurement of quantity and preparation of Invoices of contractor ,Monitoring of the project implementation including rendering advice to achieve the scheduled implementation in the satisfactory manner , Assist the Contractor in contract administration and management of the project , Interpretation of the Technical Specifications and Contract Documents , Review of construction design, drawing, BOQ provisions and specification with respect to site condition and submit modification , review Contractors’ detailed work programme, suggest modifications, if any, in the work’s programme after a careful study and ensure timely completion , Submit the Construction Methods on behalf of the Contractor for carrying out the works to ensure that these are satisfactory with particular reference to the technical requirements, project implementation schedule and environmental aspects as well as safety of works, personnel and the general public.

D - Sampling of Material & Field Testing

CMC Services include testing of all construction materials and searching the sources of materials and undertake additional tests as necessary to assess the quality if works. Ensure taking requisite samples and associating himself with the tests being carried out and undertake additional tests as necessary to ensure the quality of works.
