Economic appraisal as applied to engineering is concerned with assessing the real cost of
resources to assist the decision-making process in the justification of infrastructure investment. In this
respect the firm has undertaken the appraisal of all types of Transportation , water sector and
telecommunication services. CMC has extensive experience in full range of transportation studies of
projects and are doing pre-contract and post award services for National Highways Authority of India for
their 6 laning projects. The services include Contract Strategy Studies , Pre-Qualification of tender,
Contract and Bid Documentation , Tender Period Administration , Bid Evaluation, Discussions with Stake
holders, Finalization of Concession Agreement , Work-shop and Pre-bid conference , Selection of Private
